Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

I've been using Sumitomos now for my last two sets.
Leading evidence: 'Use sumitomos now' (no explicit attributable resolution; this is a reported action or suggestion). Across 1 matching discussions, The most frequently discussed action is 'Use sumitomos now' (1 discussions). For that action, 0 discussions report a resolution and 0 report an unsuccessful attempt. No action has an explicit, attributable resolution report under the current rules. These are forum reports and suggestions, not a confirmed diagnosis.
Source reports, not a diagnosis or a success probability. Counts refer to discussions and can overlap.
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

This weekend I was planning on preparing for two things:
- Installing my new ROW M030 suspension
- Registering for the DE at CMP towards the end of this month
Unfortunately I won't be able to do both because I ordered my suspension from Gert (the dealers here in the US couldn't give me a firm date on delivery) and it's been stuck in customs for the past three days! It was supposed to be here today but it's still at the FedEx facility in Memphis...Argh!
The second one stinks because I was going to register for the DE and found out that my group is closed. I know, my fault for waiting until three weeks before the event but I had to make sure my car was going to be ready for it.
Oh well, new tires come in on Wednesday so at least I have that to look forward to.
I ordered the Sumitomo HRZ III tires.
I keep burning through tires every 10k miles so no need to go with something real expensive. I've been using Sumitomos now for my last two sets. They may not be the best but I was considering some other brands and they almost always end up costing $1k more in price than these.
It took two weeks longer than planned to get my X73 from Gert. The good news is it was worth the wait. It's friggin brilliant.
.
Good things come to he who waits.
Just logged into Fedex.com and tracked my package which is on the truck out for delivery!
Looks like I'll have a new suspension waiting for me when I get home!
Did Suncoast not have the M030 ROW for your car? Gert is great but with the exchange rate, customs, and credit card fees the total price is usually much cheaper via sonnen/suncoast/sunset Porsche.
Case in point, my M030 ROW (which is still sitting in my garage
) was $1140 and that included shipping.
Suncoast and Sunset didn't have it in stock and needed to order it from Germany. The issue was that I couldn't really get a firm date and was told it could be upwards of a month before I get it.
With Gert he told me it would be just a few days. I expected it to be delivered on Friday and it's here today so that isn't too bad. As for the cost. In the end I might end up paying $100-$200 more but given the convenience I thought it was worth it. Mine was $1193 but I still don't know what additional fee/tariff FedEx will stick me with.
What's keeping you from getting yours installed? I'm going to try and do it myself. Then I'll take it to the dealer to get checked and aligned.
I do most of the work myself but don't have much experience with suspension work. I am pondering doing it myself as my local indy want $1049 to install, then align, corner balance the car. Another local indy wanted $1430! Needless to say he won't be getting my business.
