Hey All. Very excited to finally have my first Porsce.
Anyone in Southern Cal who can recommend a trustworthy Porsche mechanic in the west San Fernando valley, I would love to hear from you.
After spending my life loving 911s, I finally went for it and bought one before I�m too old to enjoy it.
I�m looking forward to finding other 996 owners here in So Cal to connect with, learn from, and hopefully hang out with now and then.
I havent had time to look for any meet ups that might be happening in my area, so again, I would love to hear from anyone who has some input.

Note that Ingolstadt West is more Audi/VW specialists but I believe they are very good at German cars in general but TLG or Mistress should be your go to
I can recommend NARW in Reseda. Klaus, the owner spent 1/2 hour talking with me before I bought mine 15 months ago, giving me tips on what to look for and what to avoid. Took it to them for an oil change (that�s all I�ve needed to do). Clean, organized shop. Friendly, knowledgeable mechanics.
100% Peter at Stuttcar porsche in pasadena. Just yelp him. Professional, excellent, HONEST, and doesn't try to swiggle you out of your hard earned money. Has been my mechanic since my PPI 2012. Cannot recommend him enough.
Tlg or Tre are both great suggestions . I use Tlg for my 996 and air cooled Pcar.
Super Car Sunday on Topanga 7-10 am is a good place to see and talk to other 996 owners. There's a group of us that normally go on a canyon drive or out to brunch afterwards.
Congrats on the new car and as my father used to say " many happy miles of motoring ".
