Read evidence and context
Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

I am running a similar setup on a 99 narrow body 996 cab.

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

I am currently looking at a set of wheels that I am told may have fitment issues.
19x11 et52
I currently have aftermarket rims that came with the car (No Markings so I have no reference point).
Anyone running these and what size tires?
From what I understand the 996.1 and 996.2 NB have different clearances. Please help as I want to order these very soon.
Wheel Dynamics 808 Model.
I am running a similar setup on a 99 narrow body 996 cab. Fronts are 235/35 R19x8.5" with 57mm offset. Rears are 305/30 R19x11" with 51mm offset. I did push the front out to match the rear more closely with 20mm spacers on the front. I have some slight rubbing issues at the rear for whatever side someone is sitting on (usually me the driver). Maybe I need to go on a diet!. No rubbing or issues at all in the front. Given the slight rubbing on the rear on big dips/bumps I plan to roll the fenders. The MK2 comes with factory rolled fenders, the MK1 (our model) does not. Going to use this tool
Eastwood Fender Roller
to tackle that DIY this weekend. Check my "Like Father Like Son" thread for updates on that. Pics below of how the wheels look on my car:
Got it. I am on stock springs and sways. The rear wheels/tires stick out about 0.5"-1". Nothing really noticeable and honestly I like the "stance" it provides. Gives the NB a touch of that WB look, but very subtle. I may look at switching the 305s down to 295s when the tires that came with it wear out. That will pull things in a bit and eliminate most/all of the poke to get them basically flush.
Ordered the adapter. Should be here in a few days. Car is currently in the shop this coming week to get a new front bumper and rear diffuser installed. Might be able to roll them next weekend. Will post my findings when I do it. If youre willing to wait Id be happy to sell you my roller and adapter for a good price once Im done, since I only need it once!
Love those. Especially the finish! Ill send you a private message next weekend with an update on rolling and working out a deal together on the stuff once Im done. Post some pics once you get those bad boys mounted!
