Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

I take it that these can be used to replace the regular stock suspension and used with the stock springs?

This means that you can use these with standard or M030 springs (USA and RoW) but not with lowering springs like H&R or Eibach.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

9 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Koni has replaced the FSD with the Special Active shocks. They changed the gold color into red and these shocks are now available separately whereas the FSD needed to be purchased as a kit. At this stage, I take that the damping remains the same but the communication from Koni has been very poor. These are the 996 shocks :

POST 4Original post

Any clarification if they are compatible with lowering springs? Not all FSDs were. Wonder if these are the same.

POST 5 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

POST 6Original post

Darn....sure with Koni would take care of the C4's

POST 7Original post

I take it that these can be used to replace the regular stock suspension and used with the stock springs? I might be looking for a suspension refresh but I dont want the car to be lowered from where it is.

POST 9 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Just like the FSD, these are replacement shocks for the original ones. These don't change the ride height. More info ; http://www.carnewal.com/products/996...-Active-Shocks
