Read evidence and context
Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Leading evidence: 'Replace appreciation' (no explicit attributable resolution; this is a reported action or suggestion). Across 1 matching discussions, The most frequently discussed action is 'Replace appreciation' (1 discussions). For that action, 0 discussions report a resolution and 0 report an unsuccessful attempt. No action has an explicit, attributable resolution report under the current rules. These are forum reports and suggestions, not a confirmed diagnosis.
Source reports, not a diagnosis or a success probability. Counts refer to discussions and can overlap.
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Great pics, love to see old and new together, they're both great.
(Finally watched "No Man's Land" so I have a renewed appreciation for the older cars.)
I always wanted a 964, too (love the pontoon headlights) and my buddy's car is pretty much exactly how I'd want one to be for myself. But I'm quite pleased with C4S
I think they come standard on those wheels? I'm not sure. He bought the car like that a couple of weeks ago, so perhaps the previous owner added them.
I think I heard the term years ago and it always just stuck as a sort of nickname for Porsches. Kind of like Subarus are sometimes referred to as Scoobies.
Thanks for all the comments, guys! Photography is a hobby of mine so I'll be posting lots of pics in the future!
Gorgeous C4S and easily the most beautiful 964 i have ever seen. That car is a true modern classic. Black wheels w/polished rims are a polarizing look amongst porsche fans, but they just work so well with this car. Great photos!
Thanks for the pics!!! Great shots of both cars. I know you're having a great time with your new C4S. Very clean. That is the nicest 964 I've seen. Love the look it has.
Thanks again for all the nice comments, folks!
Loving every minute of p-car ownership!
Thanks for letting me know about bumper plugs - was trying to find something to remedy those little holes.
The black car belongs to ginch here on the boards. It's indeed a beauty. Hard pressed to choose a favorite between his and mine. Although for my next Porsche I think I might need something with turbos....
Cheers!
