OMG driving me nuts.... hehehe well not that bad.... after driving for a few minutes and bringing the car to running temperature (not related to this problem i know) i get a slight knocking from the suspension... be it smooth or typical UK London roads which can be derived as off road the suspension seems to knock, i took it to my local specialist and was told front drop links worn and the rear ones are on the way.... so i may take this opportunity to remove and replace them myself, is there anything i should know before i pull her to bits, or even some advise on non stock items. Thanks again guys sg

Just get both wheels at the end you're working on up in the air, or there will be too much load on the link to allow easy removal and replacement. Once you do that, it's a simple job.
