I'm looking to buy some seats from a guy for my C2 996. My car has the light gray (Graphite Gray Leather Seats) leather seats and looking to replace them. I wanted to make sure these matched first. Is there anyway to tell by a code or tag on the seats? If so, where should I have him look and what is the color code for Graphite Gray? Thanks, Russ

The platsic trim pieces have color tags on the inside. No sure about the leather, but suspect the same. Were there any gray colors other than graphite? Stefan

Russ, I am 99.9% certain that the supple leather seats in this thread FS: 996 Crested grey leather seats are Graphite Gray. If you are interested in those seats maybe he could trim off a narrow strip of leather from the lower front edge of the seat cushion area and mail it to you. There is about 1/4" of excess leather "outside" of the stitching. It would be a narrow strip, but it would be enough to check for color match. Just a thought.
