Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

25 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 3Original post

Do you have any pictures? I find it hard to believe your "friend of mind" is letting a classic GT40 go for $65K -- he must be out of his mind. GT40s, real ones, cost hundreds of thousands of dollars. Maybe the car is a fake/replica. Maybe this post is a fake. "Good deal or pasadena?" I think I will pasadena on this one.

POST 4Original post

I'm going to assume we're talking about a new GT40, in which case the price is more realistic, but I would get an estimate on the repairs from a reputable source first. The last thing you want, is to spend around $80K on a supercar with a less than 100% true frame...

POST 7 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

new look a like gt40 not a real gt40.

POST 8Original post

I can't imagine a replica bringing that kind of money, even straight.

POST 10 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

made by ford.jay leno has one.thats all I know.seems like every time I make a post it ends up being a fedral case.

POST 11Original post

Maybe it is because you keep starting "off topic" threads on the 996 forum. There's an entire section devoted to off topic subjects (if you paid for membership you would know this.) An occasional off topic post is okay but it seems to me like the majority of the threads you start are off topic. Also, it might help your credibility if you checked your facts (the new car is a Ford GT not a GT40) and had more substantive posts. What did you think your post would accomplish? You put in a plug for your friend's car and you had an inaccurate description, no pictures, nothing -- not to mention it was completely off topic. Finally, take the time to correct all the grammatical and spelling errors in your posts. It seems like you don't respect the readers of the forum enough to make an effort to write well. Go ahead and flame away -- I call it like I see it.

POST 12 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

No flame each to his own, what about how much is my car worth or how much of your wealth is in your car,Better ? would have been is your car paid for.You did not put your 2 cents in there. And thats about what your posts are worth 2-cents.

POST 13Original post

How much is my car worth? How much of your wealth is in your car? Pimp please. A lot of people would consider those posts off topic as well. I'm just waiting for you to insult me some more... maybe make some comment disparaging homosexuals or something really offensive like you did on your other posts. Brokeback was it? Come on OJ, let's have it. I'm not judging you -- just stating the obvious. I don't need to respond to every post on this forum to bump up my post count like some people. I only respond when I have something to add to the discussion.

POST 14 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I am putting the top down and going for a ride.IM out

POST 15Original post

insurance maybe? the Ford GT is probably not worth that much wrecked - they are dropping new to sticker - below

POST 16 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Does not want to turn it into his insurance about 100,000 to fix est.

POST 17Original post

6 of one then since that is about a 100K loose if it's sold at 65K

POST 18Original post

Incredible! So after all this the "great deal" is to buy a damaged car for $65,000 and then spend another $100,000 to fix it?!?! You do realize the list price on a new Ford GT is $151,000, right?

POST 19 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I think they are around 200k If not my bad programmatore. Were they a flash in the pan.

POST 21Original post

151K with options extra - about 168k for just about everything - 189K was the "going" rate recently - but has dropped to list and below as dealers are trying to clear the inventory (they are charged intrest from thier flooring co's on them) give it 3 months and they will be be much less

POST 22 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Thanks cupcar#12 oj. Not a good deal at all.

POST 25Original post

Say what!? Your buddy already put 36K miles on his Ford GT? The car has only seen two model years, so I'm guessing it's his daily-driver and then some ?

This is a source reference. Confirm exact model applicability in the original material.
