Read evidence and context
Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Source reports, not a diagnosis or a success probability. Counts refer to discussions and can overlap.
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Today the new buyer picked her up but my car will stay in the Bay Area. Glad it went to a great guy and Porsche Enthusiast
Not sure whats next but I certainly enjoyed the 996 forum. Who knows? Maybe a 996 Turbo? 997?
I know how you feel. In 2010 I sold my '02 C4S to a track buddy of mine. Still see her (the car) at the track on occasion. Makes me miss her but it's good to know she went to a good home is still driven hard.

It is tough indeed but now you can look forward to a 997 or 991, good-luck... I almost sold mine last year too when I had to relocate to Albany NY for a new job, but in the end, I found a way to hang-on to her and brought her with me to the cold North-East. Now I am glad I did. Cheers,
I know I know...
I started to feel the itch for upgrading and the fact she was not getting driven as much with our 7 month baby. So I posted it her locally on CL thinking I would get low ball offers or NO offers. But luckly I really got a nice response of potential REAL buyers who thought my car was clean and priced well. Car sold in less than 30 days that for me is fast as I priced my car slightly above KBB.
I wish I could get a 991 now but I will probably wait and be 911-less until time comes. I still have my Cayenne so there will always be a Porsche in the family
Thanks for the words of encouragement... I will be back someday!
