If you use those seats in the house for GT4; at your size don't use that box for a temporary mount.

what driving game will you be using with the force feedback wheel?
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Finally found some nice seats to accomodate my large frame and lust for being on the street and weekend track blasting.
I am fabricating custom side mounts as well as using Brey-Krause track adapters. Stay tuned for the final outcome...
Seats are Sparco Roadster with the black and silver back option. (that's right, it's not custom!!!
)
For being 6'6" and 250# I fit VERY well in these seats. Can't wait!
Chad
how the hell do u fit in any of the new generation sparco's. i sat in all of them pretty much at JRP (official distributor in canada) and i swear to god it was such a snug fit. foget about wallets key and cellphone in pocket, those seats r race only, not that i mind that but still.
and i'm only 5'"11 or 6' at most. 175 lbs and normal *** size lol.
Edit: upon second glance, ur seats don't drop in as far as the others.
get it setup and lets see some pics
WOOT WOOT! seats look great! they're not FIA approved but unless you are racing, who cares. is there a hole for the sub belts? how did the evo2s fit you? i am hoping you say snug so that would mean it would fit me perfectly
i'm only 5'7" and a stalky 180. i won't have any probs with the shoulders interfering with the trim pieces since the seats won't be all the way back. dan @ vividracing has the evo2 on his 996 and says it's fine.
what driving game will you be using with the force feedback wheel? we just hired a guy who worked on gtr racing sim. check it out, it's looks impressive.

That looks like a great seat for "driving" in front of the computer! Well boys and girls, if Chad is really going to install those seats in his car, then it looks like the rest of us will have to wait a little longer to get one of his fabulous, personalized SIG's! I think I probably speak for all of us when I say...HURRY UP AND GET THOSE SEATS INSTALLED!!!
BTW Chad, you did an AWESOME job on Mundman's SIG!
Yeah I hear Logitech is coming out with a black leather and aluminum wheel next year. Ralph booth has a silver crest to go with it and your baby girl will be Porschefied!!!!...............Laugh now....b4 you know it she'll be askin for the keys.....Vroom..Vroom!
Dear gawd...enough already with the GT4 / seat bit.
Yes...I like PS2. Even at 33 years old. But you know what? On those rainy days when I don't want to be at the track (or winter for that matter), talk about a great way to practice lines. GT4's handling characterisitcs for rear engine cars is preety much spot on. Besides, I'll admit it (right hand raised) I am a techno geek.

I'm 36 (almost, May 12th) and I'm a video game nut. I just picked up GT4 today and can't wait to have go. Grand Prix Legends is my favorite racing game of all time though. Can't beat those cars
