Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

2 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

  • Rennlist: 1 discussions

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Has anyone (pre-02 owners) replaced your stock/aftermarket tips with these? I have a Fabspeed exhaust and although I love the look of the two fatty oval tips, they are starting to out grow me. I found these tips on Carnewal, but only for the c4s and post-02 applications. I wonder how these tips would look. Anyone have them or know of where to purchase them? I've done a search, but have found nothing. I'm curious to see how they would look...

POST 2Original post

It depends on your rear bumper. It won't fit (line up) in the opening of the pre 02 911. If you have a different rear bumper then you might be able to. I have see some pre 02 users put the single tips (with the flat bottom) from the 02+ 911. I think Berny (scouser) has them on his. You might want to check his "garage" since I think I saw some pics there.
