Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.
Discussions that suspect a cause

0 original-poster resolution reports. Counts can overlap; they are not unique people or a success rate.
0 discussions have direct query context; 0 report a fix in that context. Other evidence may inherit the discussion’s subject.
Leading evidence: 'busy season' (no explicit attributable resolution; this is a reported action or suggestion). Across 1 matching discussions, the most frequently mentioned possible cause is 'busy season' (1 discussions; 0 report identifying it and 1 suggest it). No action has an explicit, attributable resolution report under the current rules. These are forum reports and suggestions, not a confirmed diagnosis.
Source reports, not a diagnosis or a success probability. Counts refer to discussions and can overlap.
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Bad business!
They didn't even bother to ship my order the first time. I had to open a Paypal dispute just to get a response. Then Jamie was nothing but nasty. Plus they overcharge like crazy!
If you need bulbs or LEDs my advice would be to try a site like autolumination.com where they are actually professional and have good prices.
My resolution in '09 will be to give NO money to bad businesses.
We can all vote with our wallets and should not tolerate poor/unprofessional service.

WOW...
did you buy thru the web site or off ebay? He told me they are concentrating on the web customers as the fees on ebay are costing too much. I bought from them, spoke over emails and had a really pleasant experience. In fact I have been promoting them....
I hope they make it right with you. Like you I vote with my wallet for service TO ALL
Hmm. Maybe it was the busy season. I bought bulbs and caliper stickers from them and had no issues. Prompt shipping to boot. But I didn't have to talk to anyone as I got my stuff on time.

I bought from them two weeks ago and had great service. After I ordered, I emailed them to confirm that they received my payment... received a prompt response. Order was shipped very quickly... no problems at all.
Personally, I would highly recommend them.
I bought through the website.
The lack of communication at any point, coupled with the fact that there was no apology for just plain forgetting to put my order in the mail for 3 weeks (until I complained with paypal). Top that with the fact that after he finally got around to shipping the order, his response was not, "sorry for the inconvienence", but "hurry up and close this dispute so I can get paid!"
Plus he price gouges like crazy. I found the same bulbs elsewhere for a third of the price from people who know the meaning of customer service.
I'm glad you guys did ok, but I'll never give Jamie another dime...
The time I ordered the caliper stickers the transaction was painless... sorry to hear your experience was not a good one.
On the HIDs, I got mine for the car and my bikes from

No issues with either the product or their service. Plus they give you lifetime warranty on their product.
Just another vendor you might look into when ordering hids...
No personal interest, affiliated or blah blah blah...
I ordered all my bulbs from them, no problem and quick shipping. I even emailed them a couple of times as I was unsure which ones to order. They said they would ship out a new set at their cost of they sent the wrong ones.
Odd to see this many positives, I've found others with similar problems with this guy. All seem to be within the past 6 months.
But a lot of his "stuff" is actually just a link to autolumination.com, a different site, who does have good communication and service.
