Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

16 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Hey Fellas - What was just a quick jaunt to RPM Racing to drop off the car is now becoming a full jaunt. Glad there is so much of enthusiasm. - Here's the deal. Jon (evo 333) and I are heading to RPMR on Sat, leaving NYC at 8:15am to get some work done. They are in Huntington Station, NY. It's a nice 45 minute drive, and while the weather looks spotty, we're hoping that it will hold out. All are welcome to come (or stop by). We should be there by 9:00am. Holla if you're in. So far: - Rasta - evo 333 - Arrwin

POST 2Original post

Hey guys, Still not sure if I can make it, esp. with the spotty weather. I will know better as the day nears. What route are you guys planning on taking?

POST 3 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Awww, Arrwin, these cars are meant to be driven. Check out how my buddies transport their Ferraris. Open containers - no issues with dirt, grime, dusty or weather. What's a little rain. Time to Man Up zen! - We're heading up the 405.

POST 4Original post

Only 1 tube open in the midtown tunnel on sat. expect delays

POST 5Original post

Haha...yes. I saw that post from the EC F-Chatters...I give them a lot of respect, for those cars and driving in the rain WITH those cars! Ok...I've lived in NYC my whole life, so I may sound stupid here, but where's the 405?

POST 6Original post

Yeah Arwin, don't let a little rain decide for you, man up! Rasta, that's sick man. Is that p-chops car at the end? It looks like its about to fall off! Anyways, Ill call you later to figure out where to meet

POST 7Original post

POST 9 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

POST 10Original post

Haha...ok...that's what I thought. Just didn't want to assume.

POST 11Original post

No worries.. There's always next time; hopefully, we can get some runs this summer

POST 12Original post

If you guys see a blue flash around exit 39, that's me!

POST 13Original post

Sorry I missed you guys on Sat. I actually ended up there, since I noticed an oil leak the day before. I didn't get there until about 1pm however, but I saw Jon's car. Nice car Jon! Hopefully we can meet up soon.

POST 14Original post

Thanks Arwinn! Is everything alright with your car? But no worries man, plenty of runs coming up this summer (hopefully)! It turned out to be a beautiful day afterall. Weather reports are so sketchy these days.

POST 15Original post

Yes...weather reports are in indeed sketchy these days. I couldn't resist not taking the car out with the great weather on Sat. Yeah...I got a little nervous and wanted to take the car in asap and didn't know when the next opportunity I had to take it in would be. Gladly, it wasn't anything major. The washer from the oil drain plug cracked, causing the leak. Apparentlly, it is a rather common problem. When I just got there they were pulling your car onto the lift, but then pulled it off to take a look at mine. Sorry!! Is everything OK with your car?

POST 16Original post

That's good to hear. Your car is a beautiful. Too bad I missed her; I got back to RPMR around 4. Yeah, the car is fine (I hope). I was getting my 15k done and tints. But the day before the check engine light came on, so I had them look into it. They are getting back to me on what exactly caused it. Could be nothing, hopefully!
