Read evidence and context
Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Source reports, not a diagnosis or a success probability. Counts refer to discussions and can overlap.
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

You mean like this one for $10?
RED HAT
Or this one which is Genuine for $20
PCNA HAT
Or this GENUINE one as well for $17?
PCNA HAT
Or this one for $16 that comes WITH a matching crest polo shirt?
HAT AND SHIRT
So......in your 6 total posts 2 of them are for sale items. Apparently not clear on the rules?
The post at the top of the forum called
READ BEFORE POSTING
was obviously glossed over
So, exactly how is this passing it along? Passing it along would be to offer it to another gratis.
Jon, one I forgot was Sunset in Oregon. IIRC, they are like $16.80 for the OEM Crest hat.
ps. we had to crack the whip b/c apparently Tim is slow today
Dell beat me to it... nice job!
Gotta love these newbies and their for-sale posts.... oh well, at least it gives us opportunity for a slap-down. I'm sure life would be boring without an occasional slap-down
Ok.....I sincerely apologize.
Here I thought I was being nice......hat came from the Porsche dealership and still has the tag on it for $32.00.
I am used to forums where most people are nice and you don't have to pay to be abused.
LVDell, you went to a lot of trouble finding all those links...just to be a *****.
But you are correct, rules are rules. Won't happen again.
Merry Christmas
Thin skinned newbie is my guess Chris.
Grow some skin will ya Brandoo.
And $32 for a hat? Did vaseline come with that??? Those hats retail for $20 from PCNA so I'm not sure what you are talking about unless your dealer marks up his product 50%+ over retail.
Whoa Brando.....Dell might be a few things, but he's not a *****. If you had been a member for any length of time you'd see that your ad fell under the umbrella of the 14th Amendment to the Constitution..and that is...."Equal protection and treatment under the law". You'd also have known that this forum has fun...but you don't know what "fun" is because you haven't been around long enough to see how and when the guys/gals gig someone for some transgression. Dell was not being mean spirited. All newbies who post things for sale without being a paying member get the same treatment. It has nothing to do with you trying to be nice, or Dell being an A$$hole or whatever else you might think....the 996 forum is known for being a place where folks arent' so stilted....that's why I keep coming back even though I don't have my 996 anymore.
And with that sojourn into the Constitution, I will add another general statement for equality...and that's to wish all fellow Rennlisters a Merry Xmas....and have fun. That even includes you Tim.

Dell do you think he will give you free shipping since you obviously qualified for the "
P
" hat?
Poor little newbie is feeling picked on even though he charged in without introducing himself, knowing the rules, or posting photos for our resident photo **** (Tim)

Although Brandoo's name brings images of Olivia Newton-John to mind, so the world is not too bad... damn my warped and tangential thought processes.
Man, you guys a tough! I would never even THINK of being that rough on any "newbies!" No REALLY, would never THINK about doing that....... I would just DO it!
Dell, it's a good thing you came back "slumming" when you did!
Chuck, Happy Holidays to you, too.
Gotta slum from time to time. To much fun to be had here away from teh seriousness of the GT3 and Racing forum
Y'all will never be able to fully get rid of me.
