Read evidence and context
Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

0 original-poster resolution reports. Counts can overlap; they are not unique people or a success rate.
0 discussions have direct query context; 0 report a fix in that context. Other evidence may inherit the discussion’s subject.
Suggestion
At the drag strip I've seen unmodified EVOs run 13.3s.
Leading evidence: 'Run 13.3s' (no explicit attributable resolution; this is a reported action or suggestion). Across 1 matching discussions, The most frequently discussed action is 'Run 13.3s' (1 discussions). For that action, 0 discussions report a resolution and 0 report an unsuccessful attempt. No action has an explicit, attributable resolution report under the current rules. These are forum reports and suggestions, not a confirmed diagnosis.

I too come from a background where we would go to the know illegal street strip late nights (around 12:00) and run our cars.

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

A friend of mine writes tech articles and uses this (
http://www.racelogic.co.uk/2003/vbox/vboxii.htm
) to capture the cars performance data. While I was over at his house this weekend installing my V1, he suggested we use this on my carOKAY!
I suck at the launch but to be honest, Ive never really practiced it very much in this car. My 60 times should be much better but looking at the data, I'm at least consistent.
Anyway, I post this data for everyones enjoyment and entertainment.
Data on my car:
1999 996, 6spd, GHL exhaust, 93octane and it was about 90F outside with about 80% humidity.
Run1:
0 - 60 mph 5.10 s
0 - 100 mph 12.82 s
Vmax 131.29 mph

Nick, don't get offended by a lack of responses. We're all interested in your numbers. I guess most of us like to turn left and right.
Your '99 is obviously running very well.
As do I. I'm an avid track participant and instructor. Ive been doing DEs for years as well as SOLO 2. I dont get into this 1/4 mile stuff personally but I do like to know what my car is capable of.
hehe, sorry matterhorn.... There is a very long stretch of road that my buddy uses to do his testing. I hope to have the vbox in my car the next time I go to TWS for an event.
I'm sure there are a lot of us out there that used to sit on the drags every weekend or late nights on the streets.
I too come from a background where we would go to the know illegal street strip late nights (around 12:00) and run our cars. Of course back then I was pulling 12s & 13s but hey not bad for street tires on a 10K budget...
We had a couple of guys in our team pulling 10's on street tires. Not bad considering they were natural asp... motors. Oh did I forget to mention we were a Rotary Powered Team?.....
I wish you were local so I could put mine on for a test......

At what rpm did you launch? To some extent your times will vary with how much you are willing to punish your clutch. Probably not too many guys here are interested in 1/4 times because you can buy a car for substantially less and get better 1/4 times. For example an unmodified $30K Mitsubishi EVO will be competitive with your car in both 0-60 and1/4 mile times. At the drag strip I've seen unmodified EVOs run 13.3s.
So True - I have seen it all too many times, at the 1/4 track, I use to go with some of my brothers M5 crew to race my CLK55 ///AMG which always gave me great 1/4 runs 13.3 /5 - I have yet to try to perform 1/4 and 0-60 runs with my Targa because she really wasn't meant to peform in this stage, track is where she feels right at home.
P.S. You had good times, 0-60 were very good - thanks for sharing..
