Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

My ticket was $360 vs like $800 one-way; and I just used a $130 credit from the return for another ticket.

Fly out, inspect car, write big fat check, fly back same day (perhaps on Thursday), ship car by carrier, wait for car to arrive, fingers crossed and in physical pain.

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

I'm in Austin Tejas. Car (SY C4S) is in Ft. Lauderdale. Time is tight, and I'm jonesing; options:
1. Fly out, inspect car, write big fat check, fly back same day (perhaps on Thursday), ship car by carrier, wait for car to arrive, fingers crossed and in physical pain.
2. Fly out, inspect car, drive my azz off for 2 to 2.5 days to make the 1300 mile trip. Basically, burn an extra day to day and a half in transit. Return fatigued but with the goods.
Car already has 30k on the clock, 23 months left under warranty.
Wife and two children at home awaiting closure on my Pcar journey.
What would you do?
Unless somebody would die by delaying, I would say it is absolutely worth it to drive the car back, and not be in too much of a hurry about it. Unless of course you are talking about driving fast to enjoy the fast drive
Life is short. Enjoy the rewards you get as much as you can. Congratulations on the car!!!
I drove mine from Dallas to Richmond in early April and had a wonderful time...a day and a half getting to know a new car like that on a roadtrip...priceless.
Yes, DO get a roundtrip ticket for the aforementioned reason but it's also much cheaper. Just cancel the return leg with the airline BEFORE the return, just saying plans changed - they don't need a reason - and you'll have SOME credit left for another trip. My ticket was $360 vs like $800 one-way; and I just used a $130 credit from the return for another ticket.
Drive! Drive! Drive! No doubt about it! Thought you'll need some kind of transit tags or whatever.
But to second everyone elses thoughts, make sure its exactly what you want. Don't settle at all....
Hey Frayed, you jacked my car!!! Just kidding!!!
I was looking at the same car on Ebay from that lease dealership. I am scared that the car was abused before since it was a rental car. You know, people abuse those rentals as much as they can. Since they only rent it for a day or so, they can abuse it quite extensively.
So did you get the car check out with a PPI?
Also, a note, that car was listed at 60k Buy it now. So they changed it to 62k. Just a little info for ya. So you can bargain a little with the dealer. But at 62k is still quite a steal.
Hope you enjoy your car!! I'm still looking for one. Love that SY color.

Phock that. I'm drivin' it. Anyone wanna ride shotgun? I have a new V1 being delivered this morning to accompany my land speed record attempt somewhere West of Baton Rouge.
