Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

I am having the bar installed next week (don't have time to do it myself).
Leading evidence: 'Install next week (don't have time' (no explicit attributable resolution; this is a reported action or suggestion). If the Bose box is cosmetic, you could run the bar through it; I suspect it's not.

NASA would not let run with a roll bar constructed of ERW tube.
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

I searched this without result. Has anyone figured a way to put in a DAS sport rollbar, or other rollbar, in a carrera coupe that has the BOSE sound system with the woofer mounted on the struts? Seems to be a problem, and requires you to decide either/or when considering these safety issues.

If anyone has figured it out, I sure would be grateful for some advice.

The autopower Race Roll Bar would appear to bolt onto the back of the car, rather than the strut, bypassing the BOSE. Anyone have any opinions on it?

I have the DAS bar. I keep the subs plugged in until I get ready for a DE event. Then, it's a simple unplug and put the subs back in the house until I get back. It literally only takes a few minutes. It's worth it to have the sound from the subs only with the safety of the bar.

Why would they specify ERW tube for a car over 3500 lb.? NASA would not let run with a roll bar constructed of ERW tube. For those not familiar with ERW it stands for Electric Resistance Welded. The tube is made from a flat strip, formed into a tube and then welded with a high frequency current. It is not as good as a seamless tube.
I don't know if this will help you, or whether I really understand your question but a euro techquipment bar bolted into my C4S with Bose. The bar arrived out of proper shape and needed to be bent back to where it was supposed to be but after doing so it bolted in without interfering with the Bose.
Michael,
I received my DAS Weekender bar today. When I placed the order they asked if I have the Bose system which I do. I am having the bar installed next week (don't have time to do it myself). I'll let you know. Thanks for the heads up though.
