We were at Laguna Seca last year - I had a 911 then, ran in intermediate and absolutely ran the hell out of it.

My last session thursday was with the wipers running, C4 was great in the rain

The second day I was still running a good line and keeping the in and out smooth but what a difference...the cars that passed me the first day I passed the second day....The instructors started to push me more I was on the gas a lot sooner and my corner speed went way up...This car is a blast to drive!!!

This was the first D.E. event That I did with the 996 I did one other in a m3 about 2 years ago, I went out thursday with Track masters and then Friday with PCA...I ran under novice and the first day I was passed a few times and ran a smooth line....The instructors were all great...Had a lot of fun!!

I cant imagine what a real p-car must feel like...
It was funny I had a different instructor every time I went out for a session. After the first lap in the instructor would ask, � this is your first DE� and every time after that question would pop... the next thing I would hear is lets work on breaking a little later and get back on the gas sooner....Oh the D.E. was at Laguna Seca I will post some pic.

Jasper: when I first got there I was worried about the cork screw, but by the end of the first day, I started to really look forward to it...that is one sweet section of the track....you drop in and bam you are at turn 11
