Just passed the 30,000 mile mark and was curious on what other people have paid for their service. Called one dealer and they quoted $1300. I know its a "major" service but seems high to me..(MY 2002 c4s-manual). Since my car is still cpo'd thought it best to stick with the dealer just in case "things" come up when its in.

haha, i just posted this same exact question a couple of days ago. check out the thread below. FYI - Sonnen in Marin, CA is charging $800 for the same service on a C4s. I did it at home for $115 in parts and an hour of my time. Piece of cake.

Called another dealership and they qouted me $700 for it. You would think the prices would be similar at the stealerships.

Not always the case. I was quoted for an alignment $175 at one dealership and $350 at another.
