Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

The TOD will test your second gear (I think that I used 3rd only once there).

Cherohala Skyway will let you test your third and fourth gears.
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

This past week while on a business trip I decided to take some time off and take my 996 cab on a trip to the mountains. First I did the Blue Ridge Mountains in Virginia. Then I went to the NC mountains between Blowing Rock and Linville, next I did the Tail of the Dragon. This was a repeat of a similar trip I did this past spring. It was a blast.
The Blue Ridge is a leisure trip. There was hardly any traffic (it was a weekday). In more than 30 miles I ran into one (1) vehicle. Great driving with the top down.
Blowing Rock to Linville in NC mountains is another highly recommended ride. About 19 miles of very curvy road in the mountains near Grandfather Mountain.
The TOD was unbelievable. After a first pass, I got carried away on the return and... the PSM light lighted up on the dash while I heard a brief tire chirp. I slowed down after that.
Twelve hundred miles later only the nice memories remain.
My wife is from Knoxville so we take frequent trips down to that surrounding areas as often as we can since there are so many great twisties down there! We had driven the Tail of the Dragon several times and never get tired of it. Going during the week is the best time and in the morning.
Did you get a chance to drive the Cherohala Skyway? That is a LOT of fun as well.
russbert,
I did the Cherohala Skyway this past spring. It was awsome! I managed to drive all of the NC side by myself. No traffic!
The TOD will test your second gear (I think that I used 3rd only once there). Cherohala Skyway will let you test your third and fourth gears. You are right, both rides are spectacular!
