After reading some post and looking at one of my empty bottles, I discovered that I had used 0W-20 instead of 0W-40.

hi all, I used the wrong motor oil when i did my oil change a month ago. After reading some post and looking at one of my empty bottles, I discovered that I had used 0W-20 instead of 0W-40. Should I change the oil right now? or can I wait till my next oil change to go back to 0W-40. Thanks everyone for the help.

I'm surprised the oil ****'s haven't gotten on this thread and ripped you a new one yet . They must be sleeping! Definitely replace ASAP. Every engine revolution at operating temp will increase the risk of unwanted consequence.
