Read evidence and context
Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Before doing any changes I'll probably just drive the car for the summer and then see.

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Hello all. My name is Dan and I'm from Delaware, USA. I got my first Porsche just two weeks ago. It's a 2003 C4S in Midnight Blue with a light grey interior. Its options include the Porsche crest embossed in the headrests, aluminum dials, shift, and handbrake, litronic, and comfort seats. Midnight Blue is really hard to capture in pictures but here are some pics.
I've been monitoring and occasionally posting in this forum for several weeks and I want to commend you on having such a nice bunch of members. There are so few flame wars and snarky comments.
Dan - Welcome to the Porche Phunny Pharm! Nice P-car! Ditto on Palting's commnet about the clear side lights. No pic of the front of the car, so I don't know if you need them or not, but Bumper Plugs are good, too!
Glad to have you with us!
Thanks everyone for the encouraging comments. I'm not big with the mods but I'm considering the "must have" options of clear side markers and the SSK. Before doing any changes I'll probably just drive the car for the summer and then see.
I joined the PCA and I've been to the May meeting of the Delaware chapter. That was great fun - some guy is starting a go-cart track nearby and he brought a cart to show off. Before the meeting started we did laps around the restaraunt in the cart. Wheee! Note: the cart business was NOT part of the club activities. I can't count how many time the club president said that!
I've got like a kazillion small questions to ask: wheels, leather, oil, noises, track events, etc. You'll be hearing from me!

SNARKY?????
Welcome--you exhibit great taste in your choice of color combination (!!!!). Get ready to start your mods like the rest of us. This forum is really a support group for mod-aholics....
Welcome. C4S' rock!! -
While B&M is the undisupted SSK leader, you might want to look into a Schnell Short-Shifter. It seems to be a well-packaged, well-machined piece at half the price of the B&M. I've just bought one, as have others. I'm getting mine installed this week and will let you know my impressions.
I have a recent thread on the Schnell Short Shifter on this page.
