Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

You can add the logo by burning them onto a CD and than just change the background in the pioneer, if you want to PM me your email I will send you the logos I have and instructions.

I do want to get rid of the CD holder and replace with a strorage bin.
These are separate views of the same evidence. Frequency alone does not establish a fix, and these counts must not be added together.

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

What do you guys think of the trim plate? It fits just about perfect and matches the radios trim but I am not sure if I like the look.
I am thinking about painting the trim arctic silver OR maybe just matching the black on the dash.
What do you guys think would look better? as you can see I have a decent amount of silver trim.
Thanks!
Looks very nice as is. If you were going to do anything, you might consider matching the textured black trim that's on the lower part of the center console, if that's possible. One suggestion -- I assume the wire dangling onto the carpet is your iPod connector. If so, I would get the non-smoker kit, and route the wire into the non-smoker console. That should serve as a nice spot for your iPod. Alternatively, modify the ash tray so that your iPod fits in there with the cover closed when you'renot using it.
What wire? The iPOD is in the glove box I think what you are mistaking for a wire is my "ultimate cup holder"
There is a nice writeup on how to match the textured black trim so I may give that a shot.
Ah, I see. In any event, the non-smoker console is a nice thing to trade your ash tray for. Bumperplugs can paint it to match the rest of your console.
Say, can you control the iPod from the new radio? Also, do you have a cradle to keep the iPod from sliding around the glove compartment? Or is it just held in place with Velcro?
The radio controls the iPOD, it really does not slide around the golve box at all, it's under the owners manuals.
Bumperplugs did my console but I'm fine with the old ashtray. I do want to get rid of the CD holder and replace with a strorage bin.
Marc,
Where did you put the XM antenna, and how did you get the Porsche logo into the system?
I have the Z2 and am very pleased with it also. My surround matches the color of the dash.
The XM antenna is under the plastic trim at the base of the windshield, no problems and totally invisible.
You can add the logo by burning them onto a CD and than just change the background in the pioneer, if you want to PM me your email I will send you the logos I have and instructions.
You know, the aluminum trim might very well look nice. I know if the car was mine, I'd have the plate covered in carbon fiber at MACarbon to completely match my interior.
Update! refinished the trim plate to match the dash, came out pretty well!
And gratuitous outside pic, looking forward to getting my GT3 Sport designs mounted!
