Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

This seemed way to high, since I had checked pricing on Pelican Parts, where I believe the price was about $25.

Just for a lark, I thought I would check the OEM price from Mark Motors (Porsche dealer in Ottawa), and to my surprise, the price was $29, lower than the aftermarket places I had tried.

On another note, I just had the oil changed on my ML430 for on $45.

A decent deal if you have another non p-car that could use the filter.
These are separate views of the same evidence. Frequency alone does not establish a fix, and these counts must not be added together.

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Appearantly Autozone had a secret sale today. My buddy sent me a text message that read "Autozone was selling Mobil 1 Synthetic 5 for $26". I just made it to the store 10 minutes before closing and was able to grab the last 8 quarts. I wish I had enough time to tell you guys. I paid 45 bucks for 8 quarts including an oil filter for a Toyota (you must include an Mobil 1 oil filter to get the deal lol).
It isn't too much of a secret:

. It goes on for the better part of a month and like the OP said requires that you purchase an M1 filter plus 5 quarts to receive the 25 dollar price. A decent deal if you have another non p-car that could use the filter.
You can get gallonjugs of Modil One at Walmart for 20 to 26 all the time. They don't always havee the right weight, but if you ask automotive ngr they will try to keep it for you
This may be of interest to Canadians on this forum. I was surprised to learn that the PartsSource store in Kingston Ontario has this oil in stock. Yes, Wal-Mart, CTC and others all carry Mobil 1, but not the 0W40 viscosity, and these places were not interested in ordering some for me. So, it was a pleasant surprise to find it on the shelf at PartsSource. At $8.99 a liter, it wasn't the greatest price, but I would have paid more from the Porsche dealer.
Now, here is another surprising "discovery". PartsSource and others were all quoting me about $45 for an oil filter for my '99 C4. Who would have thunk that?

The sale is back on, I just picked up my supply for the next oil change.
On another note, I just had the oil changed on my ML430 for on $45. I can't even change the oil myself at that price.
