Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

11 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

part #'s the rear rims have #996.362.142.02 and stamping 11JX18H2-ET45(showing the correct offset of 45). the front rims have #996.362.138.02 and stamping 8JX18H2-ET50(showing the correct offset of 50 on an 8 inch rim) some one tried these on his 99 996 and they didnt fit. Will these fit on my 03 c2 or do I need some spacers or will they not work? Some one here said they are using them. Please let me know what I need to do to get these to work. Thanks Kev

POST 2Original post

The rears won't fit. They are for the C4S and Turbo cars, and not the GT3. The GT3 rear wheels are 11" with an offset of 63 mm.

POST 3 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

so the rears with the 63mm offset will fit?

POST 5 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Thanks is 996.362.138.02 and stamping 8JX18H2-ET50 right for the front?

POST 7Original post

I not at home to go look in the garage right now but is the 8.5" GT3 front wheel still stamped 8J?

POST 8Original post

No. The 8.5" wheel is stamped with 8.5. The 8" wheel is for the C4S and Turbo. 8" x 18" - ET50 - 996.362.136.02 (C4S & Turbo front) 8.5" x 18" - ET40 - 996.362.136.05 (GT3 front) 11" x 18" - ET45 - 996.362.142.02 (C4S & Turbo rear only) 11" x 18" - ET63 - 996.362.142.04 (GT3 rear only)

POST 9 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post
