Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Carlsen porsche for warranty work.
DYI for maintenance and mods. I think Carlsen's prices are a little higher but their service and work is top notch based on my experience.
thumbs up for carlsen for warranty work. I had my exhaust put on at 969 Motorsports, positive experience there as well.
Any of you guys live in San Francisco proper? I love my p-car but I hate driving it around town (luckily I don't often). The streets are so f'in bad I feel Im ripping my car apart. arg...
I take my car to Sonnen Porsche. Service manager Gary Wright is great, very personable and there's a family dealer atmosphere. E.g., when the car's lifted on the rack, you can go under the car and discuss stuff with the workers. Pricing seems competitive. At least the extended warranty was quoted about $1300 less than the Oakland dealership.
A non-dealer Porsche repair facility I've used in SF is AutoSport Haus at 1465 Pine St., SF. "Frank" is a Chinese born and raised in Deutchland. Oil & filter change cost $145 with Mobil 1.
If there's any feedback on Rennwerks in Mountain View, CA, I'd like to know.
D&M Motors in Palo Alto is an indy wrench I use, recommended on this board. They are thorough. Only trouble I have with them is drop-off since it's not conveniently located for me (but still closer than anyone else).
I never heard anything about Rennwerks in MV but I'd also be interested.
Autosport Haus-Frank Siem. I used to take my old BMW to him for service.
Harry at Pacific Motors works on Porsches and BMWs. He's located on 10th street and he's been in business for close to 30 years.
