Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

so with the camber plates, you mount them at the most negative position on the car then adjust the angle on the plate?

Well the backs will have to be adjusted later but what is a good race/street camber setting for the front?

Adjust more negative camber, the actual shock piston/rod may interfere

Suggestion
so one thing you may encounter is if you have the mount maxxed to the negative side then the when you adjust for more negative camber, the actual shock piston/rod may interfere with the middle/large hole in the chassis.

Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

not sure if you can get -2 degrees. you might have to slot the mount holes. i haven't slotted mine but i have the fronts maxed out ~1.75, and my car i quite low. i haven't noticed any excessive outer shoulder wear on my track wheels so i may just keep it there. if your street wheels are symmetric then you can flip the tires to get even wear/more miles out of them.
so with the camber plates, you mount them at the most negative position on the car then adjust the angle on the plate? might just have to pick some up for meself
Yeah there is a plate at the top that the pillowball mount attaches to that you can slid back and forth to get more or less camber. I'll take a picture.

ahh. so one thing you may encounter is if you have the mount maxxed to the negative side then the when you adjust for more negative camber, the actual shock piston/rod may interfere with the middle/large hole in the chassis. (if that makes any sense)
Check these out... Installed them last night. Work so well. Nose dive during braking is non existent. Much less body roll. I really think these are nice, exceeded my expectations. They really give you more confidence when doing high speed turns, like turn 1 at Thunderhill and Sears. Can't wait to take it to the track. I think hooked has a DE on Thursday at Thunder, might have to test them out. Only negative is the bottom mount on the rears were slightly too wide. And I snapped one bolt that holds the brake line bracket to the strut. Oh well I'll be swapping those out soon for the stainless type.
Brake pads are cool, no squeaks better bite.
What sway bars are a good match do you think?
Let me know what you think. I think you are the only other person I know with the JIC's installed. While nothing to compare them too, I found them to make a huge difference on the track. I do however find them a little harsh on the NY roads. Which variety did you get? I have GT3 sway bars. You will need to have custom drop links made for the GT3 sways to work.
Are JIC coilovers good for Porsches? I just ask cuz JIC has a great reputation around Subaru...but then some engineering flaws were discovered (shock body adjustment **** drove into the CV boot tearing it). Anyone know if they have a good established Porsche reputation? Curious.

See that's what I wanted, something that I can TT with but won't kill me on the street. Something more aggressive than the PSS9s or the ROW030. I have done some high speed turns on my usual routes and it's way better than stock, but that's not saying much.
Oh, cool! then Japan coils are for you! I have had Cusco, TEIN, JIC, ZEROSPORTS (Rebadged Endless) G|A|B, and STi. All are VERY harsh. Btu VERY VERY VERY responsive! It is funny when people put coilovers on a civic....the extra flexible frame makes the coilovers pretty much obsolete as the body flexes and creaks to make up for the stiffness of the coilovers. With a 911 it's great i'm sure!
