Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Anyone have a dyno run showing how much HP the GHL's add?

And it is also very loud (not inside but it does scare pets and children as well as set off alarms on occasion).
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

I am thinking of getting the GHL loud exhaust and would like to hear pros and cons from any of you who have experienced them...
GHL is a great deal...I already have oval tips....00C2 out of warranty now...
Thx!
Anyone have a dyno run showing how much HP the GHL's add? I wouldn't expect much, but it woudl be nice to see 5-10 hp documented. I know you shave approx 15lbs of weight.
I got 17rwhp out of my GHL full exhaust (i.e. incl headers). But thats on a 964 of course. And it is also very loud (not inside but it does scare pets and children as well as set off alarms on occasion).
The GHL is a popular choice among Boxster enthusiasts. The main reason why is that it did not lose hp across the rev range, although only a few hp at best. Many aftermarket exhausts may gain hp at the very upper end, but where most people drive their cars, they actually lose hp.
The problem that was noted with the GHL is the resonance. In a Boxster, it is especially noticeable (you can read irritating to some).
I would suggest listening to an exhaust inside the car under load to see if it is right for you.
Happy Holidays!
You can check my thread for the GHL. I have the loud one which pretty loud but excellent quality sound. There should definately be some gains at mid to high rpm.

some more Hp...wouldn't make that big of a difference.....
what matters if definetely the feeling of driving...and in this particular case the sound...only by hearing in reality (and not vie wav files...-since bass exhaust tunes are not heard via wav files) has to done....
i have PSE and have installed it mainly because i liked the sound.....that's all...
All I need to do is scare the kids and neighborhood cats!!! That was a good one!!!!!!!!!
I have an 00 C2 and think I will go with the GHL to save a bit of weight and money too....
