I'll tell you what though, I'll be original, and not only post pics of the car, I'll make a short video of my new automatic gate that I installed because I'm too lazy to get out of my car ;-)

In the end after I'd tried a couple of cars that didn't work for me, they managed to get one for me at auction and there it was ready for me to test drive when I got back from vacation.
These are separate views of the same evidence. Frequency alone does not establish a fix, and these counts must not be added together.

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.
14 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

1 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

Well it's taken a while, and looking at alot of cars.. It's amazing how many cars out there have been in an accident that doesn't show up in carfax!
If anyone out there is looking for a car, then step 1 is open the hood, and check that the 3 stickers are there, and that they don't look like they've been peeled off and reapplied. That, and making sure that the rivets look nice along the trunk seam, the trunk bolts havn't been removed, and the underseal goes all the way up to the lip of the rear fenders and you have a really good start.
So.. I got exacty what I wanted in the end having looked at many cars that MIGHT have done. I picked up an Arctic Silver / Black 1999 C4 cab with a hardtop for $42,500 from a dealer who I've been very happy with. Rocky Mountain Eurosports in Denver has been great. ( Not to be confused with RM AUTOSPORTS who have a very similar name ).

Seems like a great car. Nice options including 18" rims, full leather, white dials, alloy gearshift / handbrake ****.
Now all I have to do is decide if I want to keep the hard top on it for the denver winter ;-)

Well I'd love to take some pics, but I have to wait until tomorrow! There was a scratch on the car that they agreed to have someone come and buff out.

Comgrats on getting the P-car. Can't wait to see the pics. Now that you are an OWNER, you might want to consider becoming a MEMBER here. Cost is $17 for one year or $32 for two years. Cheaper than a tank of gas and lasts MUCH longer! Cheers!
Thewump... What part of Denver? I am in Park Hill. There are a few of us here from the area. Any plans to see some track time in the spring? Also what are your plans... My 1st Mod is going to be...__________.
Welcome to the forum.
I'm in Park Hill also. I'll PM you contact details... can't say I've seen your coup around.. but looking forward to checking out your garage floor!
I hadn't thought of track time, but that's a really good idea. I used to race Mini coopers in Ireland ;-)
I havn't looked too much into mods yet. An OEM Aero kit appeals to me although typically what I do is see stuff on friends cars and say "I WANT THAT".
The Porshce is a very new scenario for me. Typically what I do is buy older vehicles and restore them.. I have a Spitfire ( which will now live outside ) and the latest project is this Jeep which I originally picked up for $300:

So.. having a newer car to mod is different for me. For sure some decent ipod integration will be something in the near future but not sure how much I feel the need for body and engine mods.. we'll see ;-)

Keith we will definatley get togeather. I live off of 17th and Jasmine. I do not drive the car much weekends, track days and spirited runs. We will have to do some spirited drives in the spring. I have been in Denver for just over a year this month. I did get a chance to explore some of the roads but there is so much more to see.
The roads are really good.. although even without snow at this time of yeare there is usually alot of grit. I used to be a biker and alot of the roads up into the mountains are perfect for a run.

The hard top comes with it. They are putting it on for me to drive home. I actually like the way it gives the car a dual identity opportunity. I'll leave it there for a few days and see how it feels.
