Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

How much does that cost you? and how long did it take?
I am looking for a place to get that done around here in Northern Virginia. Anyone know of a place around here?
I work in the automotive business and I sure they gave me dealer cost. I'm not sure about the brake calipers? the hubcap and wheel store in St. Louis did mine.
Dark wheels rule!
Bryan your car looks great. Do you have the specific paint color or code# you used? I've been looking for a color like yours that sits somewhere between straight black and dark grey.
I just hope the ricer crowd doesn't start with dark wheels or we'll have to paint ours white....
TIA
I have the paint code at home. I do know that it is a 2004 mercedes color. I too did not want black and this was about as dark in a grey that I could find.
I have a buddy that does Power Coating and he does brakes too. I'm going to get a second set of mine done next week since I'm getting "the good guy deal".
I'll take some photos for all to enjoy and those who are interested in throwing some business his way!

i agree with the nascar comment. looks so-so. to each his own.
you need a polished lip or something to really get away with a single color wheel for the contrast. maybe if you painted the calipers or something.
eli, I am trying to find somebody here in Vegas and having no luck. Where abouts is your guy at? I'd be very interested to see how yours turns out. I want to have my wheels AND calipers done. What kind of cost are we talking here??? Feel free to PM me as well.
Dell
Dell,
I have a guy that I go through, he usually only works with commercial customers so what he does for me is a favor (old friends). BTW I'm in the LAX (Los Angeles) area....
I have a set of 2 pc 18" Sport Design 10 spoke Wheels that are already black powder coated but I'm having them redone pretty soon, I'm also having the lips redone. The calipers will be dropped off sometime next week.
If you like the way they turn out then I can help you out. . . . I'll post photos for all who are interested!

Did you change you mind and decided to sell the wheels?

Little price inflation for the cost per wheel on the auction? Don't forget people that read these boards are the same people looking to buy. I have seen too many people get hammered on this board for stuff like that and it affects the eBay sale. You will make more by not even stating that info on the auction.
Just an FYI though.
Bryan:
No offense but he might be refering to the following quote:
Then your quote on Ebay " I paid over $1000 for the center crest and powder coating alone"
So yes I agree you can price it whatever you want but calling his remarks stupid is out of line.
Good luck with your sale and feel free to Flame away.
I really don't care what you sell your mistake wheels for. If you read my posting it was a simple FYI since there was a post recently about this very thing! My FYI was to help, not berate you, yet you have the inability to see that. Read what I posted carefully before you start with the imature postings.
Oh yeah, read your original post when asked what it cost to do the job as Tim just pointed out.
Damn....make a observation to try an help out and you get a childish comeback. Please.
