I jumped on the Traffic Pro bandwagon and purchased one from Crutchfield after the posts this week. I just installed it this weekend and the Nav system works great! One question I have is the navigation announcement volume. Its says there are three setting (alone, mixed, independant). I have it on mixed right now, but I'm wondering how I set the volume for the alone and independent settings. It seems like it is way too soft to here in a Cab! The mixed setting allows the Nav. volume to get louder as the overall volume gets louder. The setting I'd like to do is the alone...where the music will turn off while the Nav is speaking(but right now its too soft!) Thanks in advance, Will

Set it to independent and when the navigating voice is speaking, adjust the volume, but only when s/he is speaking. That way if you just want navigation but no other sound, you can turn the volume all the way down on any music/radio/CD source (when the navigation voive is NOT speaking), but still hear navigation at the level you just set. To get the navigation voice, push the volume control in to get a status update anytime.
