Item 28 is a retaining strip, you also need some adhesive foil, u-clamps, screws, etc. Usually you would just buy the sill trim in a kit that includes everything. I don't know what you have so download the tequipment .pdf catalog from the link I posted above and you should have no problem figuring out the additional parts that you need to buy.
