I think I may have to end up doing that, just wanted to avoid going through taking apart all those panels to trace the wire when someone having an aftermarket alarm can tell me where theirs is and I can just check there.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

4 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

The previous owner installed an aftermarket Clifford alarm and after servicing, the remote isn't communicating with the brain anymore. I need to reset the brain with the remote but I'm not sure where the brain is located. Where are places that you have your alarm brains installed on your cars? I'd like to get some feedback instead of just starting to rip apart panels

POST 2Original post

find the power hook up at the fuse box and trace the wiring

POST 3 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Thanks Brad, I think I may have to end up doing that, just wanted to avoid going through taking apart all those panels to trace the wire when someone having an aftermarket alarm can tell me where theirs is and I can just check there.
