I tried changing my rotors this weekend, but came upon a problem, my top caliper bolt will not come out. I got it to turn about one and a half revolutions, but now it is fairly stuck. Don't want to tighten it back yet and strip anything. Any ideas? Thanks so much, Adam

What kind of torque are you putting on it when it is "stuck"?

I wasn't using a torque wrench when taken it off. I would say 80lbs or so. The lower came off fine.

Try any penetrating oil? If it is galling on its way out it wont help much but it is worth a try.
