Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I remember reading one or more articles someone posted here with Porsche representives bragging about how they never discount their cars and never need to. Had to stop by my local dealer today and low and behold there was a Cayenne right out front with a big red tag on it reading "WAS $69,500 NOW $64,500" just like your local "John Smith high volume ford dealership." Funny.

POST 2Original post

Yeah. And it looks like the VW Tourag (sp?) has bitten into Cayenne sales. they are going to put a refined VW V-6 into Cayenne and offer it. http://www.autoweek.com/cat_content...._code=01105263

POST 3 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Sad. Porsche now will sell a TRUCK built on a VW FRAME, with a VMW ENGINE. Where is the PORSCHE in this Porsche?

POST 4Original post

"I was on the phone all day with Dearborn. The power went out in the design studios. I was getting frantic calls all morning: 'J, the clays are melting! The clays are melting! Everything is starting to look like Porsche Cayennes!'" -Ford design group VP J Mays, who authorized the use of generators to cool down his models.

POST 5Original post

You forgot to mention the last paragraph about the V-10 diesel offering!!

POST 6Original post

As long as they keep that diesel out of the 911...

POST 7Original post

Hate to burst your bubble (or anyone elses) but the Cayenne is 80% Volkswagen already so adding the VR6 just makes it more so.
