Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

10 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Phase I-Factory option (plastic) Option II Painted Caps(still Plastic) Phase III Ralph Boothe (Boothe Design)Silver crests imbedded in aluminum locking wheel cap!

POST 2Original post

Don are these the "Large Billet Aluminum Center Caps" from Boothe Designs?

POST 4 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Paul, yes they are the billet aluminum ones from Boothe...but they're not the "no turn" ones. Darren, they're not hard to mount at all. Wheel has to come off and the cap fits right in the hole. There is an overlap tho because of the size of the emblem, so it can't be fit flush fit. The fit is very good. Then you tighten the lock screws and re-mount the wheel. Being **** I have to get each one fit on the wheel so when the I mount the wheels the emblems are all in the same position. The fit into the hole in the wheel is tight. I just sprayeda little silicone on the back.

POST 5Original post

I had a similar fit on my R Boothe caps. I had machined them on a lathe to make them seat flush. Did you just recently purchase these? I thought Ralph had addressed this misfitting issue.

POST 6 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Oak, do you have a pic of the milled down edges. It looks as though if they did that the emblem would be right at the edge of the cap. Look at one of the pics and see how close the emblem would be. But if you have a pic of yours, it may be ok for me to do as well.

POST 7 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Yeah, there is one pic where I hadn't fully put the cap in. I was just "dry" fitting w/o taking wheel off to see how it looked.

POST 8Original post

Don, how much were they? I can't find them anywhere listed on their website.

POST 9 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Kirby, I paid (gulp) $400 for them. You might check with Kevin Mosesian at [email removed] . He arrange it for me. Don

POST 10 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Hmmm...Doug, are they the gold or silver ones you saw for 80.00? My price did include shipping and they came professionally packed in individual boxes.
