Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

3 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I have an 02 C2 cab with 66k miles. I am getting a crazy popping sound that is coming from under the rear seat/ drivers seat. You can even feel it. It mainly pops when turning from one elevation to a different one. Left or right, positive or negative elevation change It did this with the stock suspension, and after I replaced it with a used X74 set up. Here is a clip I recorded on my cell phone. You can here the 3 pops in the middle of the clip. Any ideas? http://tinypic.com/player.php?v=14cxl6u&s=3

POST 3Original post

Hmmm...weird. Could it be in the rack? Do you feel it in the steering wheel? Perhaps a binding suspension point? Also, check the steering linkage. C.
