Most of the time the numbers almost come out equivalent to a new 911 lease, so I would recommend buying used and leasing new.

Thinking of leasing an 03' Cab. Just checked a few sites to get an idea of residual value for an 03' Cab. Edmunds shows around 4-5K per year of lost value. LeaseCompare residuals use about 11K per year as loss of value. Quite a difference! I was guessing about 8K per year myself. Anyone have ALG data and if so, are the banks using it? I also noticed LeaseCompares (money factor quotes) interest rate was about 8.4% even with a credit score of 780. Then they want an $800 facilitator fee and a bunch of other garbage. I've leased a few other cars and never paid any of those garbage fees. Anyone with a happy story of leasing and 03 or 04' lately, with good numbers?

I am sorry to say it's very difficult to get decent numbers for a used car lease. Most of the time the numbers almost come out equivalent to a new 911 lease, so I would recommend buying used and leasing new.
