Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

OK, for most of you, what I'm about to describe is probably an everyday or weekend occurrence, but it took me a few hurdles to get here.
Leading evidence: 'everyday or weekend occurrence' (no explicit attributable resolution; this is a reported action or suggestion). Across 1 matching discussions, the most frequently mentioned possible cause is 'everyday or weekend occurrence' (1 discussions; 0 report identifying it and 1 suggest it). No action has an explicit, attributable resolution report under the current rules. These are forum reports and suggestions, not a confirmed diagnosis.
Source reports, not a diagnosis or a success probability. Counts refer to discussions and can overlap.
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

OK, for most of you, what I'm about to describe is probably an everyday or weekend occurrence, but it took me a few hurdles to get here. I'm pumped, and I have to post here, because if I describe this to my friends or wife, they'll think I'm a lunatic:
After buying a 2000 C2 Cab with 40k miles 6 wks ago (pics in previous post), I have been through a new battery, three tire balancing visits (damn Pirelli's), a new ignition, and some electrical work that was draining the battery daily, even with a maintainer hooked up that I bought (thank god I bought under warranty - the dealer took care of everything including multiple tire balancing visits).
I live in Los Angeles and have young kids, so I fight gridlock and time on a daily basis. Well, I have to come to the office this afternoon. It is 75 degrees and sunny in Los Angeles today. Let's just say I took the back way. For those of you who know the area, I took the 210 West from Pasadena to the 118 West to the 405 South to finally come to Sherman Oaks. NO TRAFFIC - I did the whole drive, with sun, hills and sweeping turns going between 85 and 105 (safely). Thanks god I dodged the Highway Patrol and my license is still with me with no points (knock on wood). Let's just say the drive was a F**king Dream - the reason I bought the car! I have stock suspension, but the car was totally dialed in - no "float" as I've been reading and finally no "wobble" above 70 mph, which I experienced before. It was hard to stop at the office, but I'm looking forward to the drive home later.
I am finally truly in love with my car. Thanks for listening....
here in NJ is 45 degree. so i don't feel like i NEED a cab as much as last month. wish i lived in CA, can enjoy sun better. winter here is just too long.
best luck to your car.
Now all you need to do is join POC -

- and you can really experience your car at Willow Springs where you don't have to worry about the CHP!
Where's your sense of spirit, Oh BlackCab996? Brock Yates would be ashamed of you.
FWIW, at least you've been there. Dunno what the hell I'm talking about? Read his book,(Cannonball! Worlds Greatest Outlaw Road Race) or at least his part & Dan Gurney's, the rest is optional. I believe a few P-car drivers have exerpts(sp?) as well. Take that home.
Chew it

Don't get me wrong - the spirit is there - I was so broke in college that I rode a motorcycle instead of owning a car - I've seen 150mph on two wheels multiple times and consider myself blessed to still be here. The hard part about high speeds on the roads is others' usually don't know you're coming, whether it's a car or a bike. Plus...getting the green light from the wife to get the sports car was one thing - explaining a reckless driving ticket and change in insurance premiums would be another...I think I need to get this car ready for a track - suspension mods should start sometime later this month...
So Ian, you seem pretty ready to roll - 16 yo in a Porsche?? Interesting times lie ahead for you...I hope to see you at the track more often than on the freeway.
