I am preparing to flush the brake fluid, change the clutch fluid and gear oil and she whould be all set for track season, too.

Had to do it! 65F plus around here today, and after taking care of the truck, this weekend, it was certainly time to wake her up form the winter slumber. Took off the cover, pulled the "bounce" sheets out of all the spots, sat inside and inhalled the smell, turned the key and "voila!" Just a couple of cranks and sweet music. She ran for about 20 mins, got her up to about 150F and then shut her down. Boy did it feel good. The winter that never was and the early spring means that she will be on the road later this week. I am preparing to flush the brake fluid, change the clutch fluid and gear oil and she whould be all set for track season, too. Can't wait, seems like it has been way too long since she was put away in late October. 5 months in hibernation and sleeping beauty is awakened and almost ready to go! Ah, the smell of Spring! Now, if they would hurry up and clean up the gravel, I can "get-r-done." (gotta luv the country)! Whoo hoooo, maybe I should get a "camo" (mossy oak) cover for next year- this way she'll blend right in! NOT!

I used to live in PA but now way down south I am lucky we can drive all year round. Get those p cars up and running, spring is here.
