Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

0 original-poster resolution reports. Counts can overlap; they are not unique people or a success rate.
0 discussions have direct query context; 0 report a fix in that context. Other evidence may inherit the discussion’s subject.
Leading evidence: 'Set no need' (no explicit attributable resolution; this is a reported action or suggestion). Across 1 matching discussions, The most frequently discussed action is 'Set no need' (1 discussions). For that action, 0 discussions report a resolution and 0 report an unsuccessful attempt. No action has an explicit, attributable resolution report under the current rules. These are forum reports and suggestions, not a confirmed diagnosis.
Source reports, not a diagnosis or a success probability. Counts refer to discussions and can overlap.
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

So I am now feeling some light rattling in the steering wheel at ~5-10mph on small bumps. The roads are sh*t around here! My indie mechanic checked it out and said that the struts have some play in them. So I am looking to replace and possibly upgrade my suspension all around. A couple of options I am consdering:
1) Take-off Twin Turbo OEM suspension. Is this any different than the stock 996 suspension? Is stiffer, lower? ~500 USD
2) Euro-spec OEM suspension. ~1000 USD. Methinks it would be all the performance I could want from a 996, and the price is great. Is there anything in this price range to also check out?
3) PSS9/10: ~2000 USD. The price/value just doesn't seem worth it since I prefer a sporty, stiff right all around, and I know I will not adjust ride height, ever.
What do you folks think?
What type and year car do you have? I'm not sure the TT suspension will even fit your car.
Nothing wrong with the ROW M030. It greatly improves the ride. And ROW M030 includes sway bars. You need to add another 5-600 to your PSS9/10 price because you will still need to get them. Keep in mind that PSS9/10 also has suspension adjustment, in addition to ride height. If you plan on tracking your car, then I would seriously contemplate the PSS solution, as it gives you more options.

I have a 2001 C4 convertible. Because it's a cab, and I can't afford the "what if" factor in tracking the car right now, I may be at the track at most a handful of times. Just knowing myself, I will most likely set it and forget it if I were to get the PSS9/10.
I think you would be very happy with the ROW M030 then. It is a superb upgrade for the street, and if you do 1-2 DEs a year - you'll be just fine.
You may even be able to buy different springs if you want the car a bit lower.

So is the consensus to purchase the ROW M030 from Suncoast? Carnewal has it as well, but with the USD so weak against the EUR, the price turns out to be ~1500!
Yes. Given what you have written so far, I agree that the ROW M030 will best fit you. Lowers and stiffens the car. Sporty and not too stiff. One setting, no need to fiddle.
I just want to make one thing certain, though. In your original post you said "Euro-spec OEM". That is not the same as ROW M030. Euro-spec OEM is the ROW/Euro-spec stock suspension, whereas the ROW M030 is the Euro-spec
sport
suspension.
