I have just installed these beauties on my 03 C4S.

Suggestion
I have had no problems with them except they are a real PITA to clean the spokes!

Suggestion
However, after 1000ish autocross runs in total and 31 on the previous tires, I wouldn't expect to see a sudden time jump without some other change such as instruction happening at the same time.

I'd been thinking the ET36 might be better to make fit easier with big tires, though I really have no idea how much I'd be running into fender clearance then.
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Victor Equipment has just released the new Insbrook one-piece mesh wheel. Here is an image from our friends from Victor. Its a 996.... with 18x8 et45 front and 18x11 et55 rear.

I've ordered a set, should get them in two weeks.
I was told the they weigh just 18.75-lbs front and 19.40-lbs rear, I'd like to get a confirmation to this. That is even less than OZ Alleggerita HLT's.
Stock 996 C4S offsets are (unless I'm mistaken) 50 front, 45 rear. The Innsbruck fronts are ET45, which I believe means it will be 5mm farther out. This seems good for fitting big wheels given how close the tire seems to the strut on my car. For the rears they're available with ET 36 and ET 55. The OP photo is with ET 55, which I believe means it's 10mm (~0.4") tucked in vs. the OEM wheels. Is this an issue if putting wide tires on? I'd been thinking the ET36 might be better to make fit easier with big tires, though I really have no idea how much I'd be running into fender clearance then.
Front: 18x8 45
Rear: 18x11 55
Hopefully will be in early next week - temp is still relatively cold, but will start to shred the winter tires soon!
Pics to follow (otherwise, I never ordered them, right?)
it looks like most of the offsets available are for WBs. what size and offset did you order for your C2 NB? it looks like in the rear the highest offset on an 18x10 is only et 50...
They are made by TSW. Most Victor wheels are cast. The Innsbruck wheels are "rotary forged" which is not really forged. Sounds like another variation of "flow-formed" cast wheels.
If they had near stock offsets for NB 996 however I might still be interested since they look considerably better than the OZ Alleggerita and are similar in weight.
I'm on the same page as you. With regards to the offsets, as I have been doing more research, these wheesl are made specifically for Porsches and I believe the wheels are made with these lower offsets to provide a more agressive look without spacers. Sounds like a plan to me as I have a strict policy against spacers. If it don't fit, it don't fit
I love the Victor Zehns in black but I struggle with Chinese made gravity cast wheels on a Porsche. Hell, my Mazdaspeed6 only wears BBS RGRs.
I'm looking forward to the pics.
I know what you mean about winter tires. I had a "spirited" drive home the other night on mine and I could really smell burning rubber when I pulled into the garage. We're at a goofy time of the year for weather. Last weekend we had 6 inches of snow, and today it will be 70 degrees and sunny. I haven't yet decided when to put my summers on... but it will probably be in the next few weeks.
I just ordered some with AD08 wrappers.
Front:
1880VIN455130S71 VE Innsbruck, 18 x 8", 5x130, ET 45 (5mm out from stock 996 WB)
Yokohama AD08, 235/40-18 (just a little bigger than stock 225s, 25.3" overall diameter)
Rear:
1811VIN555130S71 VE Innsbruck, 18 x 11", 5x130, ET 55 (10mm in from stock 996 WB)
Yokohama AD08, 295/30-18 (same size as stock, 25.0" overall diameter)
$2350 shipped from DTD after tire rebate including mount and balance, estimated 2 week delivery from today (it would be quicker if I had wheels/tires shipped separately, but I'm not passing on a free mount+balance). Based on going prices for the AD08s it seems like a smoking deal.
I think I'll get some 4mm spacers and Rad 33mm lug bolts for the rears, mostly to make it completely SCCA stock class legal.
Innsbruck wheels are in, tires getting mounted. Going in tomorrow for the install...

Apologies for being lazy and not doing true before/after photos. I put the Innsbrucks on one side and then took photos. It was also only about 5 minutes after jacking the car up. Car is completely stock.
The GT3 wheels that came stock with my C4S. I didn't wash them so they have a fine layer of brake dust all over them.
The Victor Innsbruck wheels, spanky new:
I didn't weigh them, but I might next week when I change them again. The weight would be with tires so not directly comparable.
Mitch, I love the Porsche center caps -- where did you get those?
Nick, I feel bad enough for mentioning it in GMP's thread. You might want to give them a call.
Dr. Mitch & Yomi, you guys are killing me. Those wheels are sweet... Ive been searching for some track wheels... At this price i may have to pull the trigger on a black set. Have you noticed any improvement in acceleration. The weight are down 8 lbs +- from stock solids correct? Thanks for posting pictures....

I'd have pics to show of the black innsbrucks if my supplier didn't mount Hankook V2 Muds & snow tires on the front wheels instead of the Hankook V12 Evos that I ordered. Will have pics this weekend.
My GT3 wheels have Pirelli Pzeros on them while the Innsbruck's have the Yokohama AD08 tires on them. This makes comparison difficult, as the AD08's are far grippier than the Pirellis. I keep neglecting to weigh the sets when swapping. I'm about 2s per 60s faster at the autocrosses this year since I've switched and the only changes are (1) wheels, (2) tires, and (3) driver has a little more time in the car. I'm going with tires.
For wheel weights, searches are telling me the wheels themselves should be about 8 pounds lighter for the rears (19 for Innsbruck vs. 27 for stock). That's got to be good for performance if all else is equal.
Tires are worth a few seconds, seat time is worth even more. I've been tracking with nt01s and they are heavier than my streets. Acceleration is noticeably slower. I need/want to counter that weight with a lighter wheel package.
Some pictures of them in motion. Using the Victor center caps. Click for larger images.
Seat time is worth more at the start, yes, and there is no question there's a bunch more time in my car solely due to driver. However, after 1000ish autocross runs in total and 31 on the previous tires, I wouldn't expect to see a sudden time jump without some other change such as instruction happening at the same time. There's also a radically different feel to the way the tires grip (smooth slide transition happening earlier vs. more grip and more sudden loss). Anyway, I don't have any wisdom or insights on acceleration feel due to the wheels, nor any objective numbers I can assign to them.
Just had mine installed. Debated between silver and black and went with silver as I did not think the matt / flat black finish would be good for with the arena red.
Better pics to follow but I definately like the wheels. I am suprised how "aggressive" the offset is. At 55MM offset and 11 inches wide for the rear, these wheels work both on a narrow body and a widebody (widebody looks better with some spacers).
Any more pictures I am looking at getting some victor innsbruck 18" in matte black as well for my 40th AE which is similar color. What size / offsets are those?
That would be awesome.
Like to better see how "flat" these flat black ones actually are also the ceter cap does not seem to match which would bug me, LOL.
I guess on a 2004 narrow I could go with the GT-3 spec sizes and do 18x8f and 18x11r? I am already running 235f & 295r with no issues.
I actually researched several different types of wheels. I hoped to install forged wheels, but they are quite costly. The original 'twists' were cast, so I've selected the Victor Sehn wheels. The 10 spoke design is similar to the new 991 photos, though the Victors are 'clunkier', than the elegant forged Porsche offerings.
These really catch the light beautifully, and show the disc.caliper well.
