Read evidence and context
Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

If you are going to spend those kind of dollars, I would look at an '02. Major changes from '01, not the least of which is 20 more HP and a glass rear window.
FWIW, my 01 Black ext&top/grey interior C2 cab ($90k sticker), 6 speed with 15k miles, PSM, turbo brakes (7k miles), PSS9s (3k miles), GT3 sway bars (7k miles), supercharger (3k miles), (heated) GT3 seats (8k miles) "&" factory heated full power supple leather ones (with only 7k miles on them), Porsche HPAS w/ 6 CD changer (high performance audio system) - aftermarket option available only thru Porsche parts dept, Michelin Pilots (appx 1k old), Traffic Pro NAV, 2002 Carrera 5 spoke wheels, lightweight flywheel (3k miles), and stronger clutch (3k miles) for less than $65k. There is over $120k invested in this car. In service date is 11/00 and is under warranty (excepting anything supercharger related which the dealer would probably deny) til 11/04. Being sold to make room for CGT.
1)kbb says you are on target which means you are probably not getting robbed but better deals can be had for sure.
