Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

That's when they changed the rules to make it only Aussie made V8 cars possible to enter the race

On three counts, this beast ran me down from 100km/hr all the way to 250km/hr!

I ran with a GTR34 last night but was too scared to try the challenge, the car looked more like the WWII planes with the big shark teeth on the nose!!

I guess I have graduated a bit from the days of running around in an 89 model Nissan Skyline

ive seen a modified R33 skyline run low 9's in the 1/4, so even a rusty piece of crap like that can be made to keep up with anything if your willing to mod the hell out of it, hell i raced about a 71 nova the other day from stoplight to stoplight and he pulled a full car length on me every time for about the first 300 feet
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Now this is really interesting..
I was cruising on the way back home, i came across this '88 skyline and noticed it was jumping on its suspension at about 140km/hr.. I thought the springs on this car were bad, but it appeared the driver (in the pic) was boosting the turbo to show me a challenging tip ..
On three counts, this beast ran me down from 100km/hr all the way to 250km/hr! My rpm's were going all the way to cutoff redline, and still he was sticking to me like glue! I had to stop the guy and apparently he had modified the engine with an oversized Greedy turbo kit and an intercooler.. The only time i could get ahead of him was over 250km/hr after which i think his gear range vs engine rpm's was over,,, otherwise he'd keep the killing!
Yeah.. that's me with the long nose!

Waz I love hearing stories like that, beat-up junker runs with top-dog.....maybe its time for you to step into the world of boost. 996tt perhaps
,993tt as well, then you would'nt have to worry about some beat-up skyline
giving you a run for your money! Just my 0.02 cents Was the owner of the Skyline standing next to you in white?
wait a second... this car is a left-hand drive sedan. all skylines are right-hand drive coupes. it looks like a sentra or maxima with a skyline engine.
Thanks guys for replies!!
Yes this is the owner in white.. (remember, i live in the united arab emirates.. great country!)
As noted, this is the ugliest piece of (s)crap on the planet.. If you had seen the tyres this 'delinquent' is running on, following me at over 240, you'd think what on earth are zr's for! Until something bad happens..
Many youngsters (HEY KHALED!! INCLUDING YOU!!!
).. tend to get cheap japs, modify their steering to the left and beef them up like stuffed ducks.. Oversized turbos, NOS, whatever it gets to bring it up to the 1000hp limit!
I ran with a GTR34 last night but was too scared to try the challenge, the car looked more like the WWII planes with the big shark teeth on the nose!! And it was FAAAAAAAAASSTTTTTTTTTT!!
As much as i love modding cars, one thing for sure it's that they're never gonna get the breed of Porsche cars.. That's why if luck permits, i will follow jsonnen advice and hopefully get the TT (well, Jane got to meet Peter Pan at the end, right?!
)
More to come!

Is that sand in the engine or just really old dirt or something??? Speaking for myself, i dont think ide ever wanna go that fast in a car like that. Porsche's were designed entirely for this purpose...i question that vehicle.
Well Blue, I've gone about three times already to the same area... didnt find the guy there anymore! I hope he's ok and not in some hospital with an 60,000rpm greedy turbo fan up his butt!!

Don't feel too bad about that. The Skyline in question was an Aussie built vehicle in the mid to late 80s. At the same time they produced an engine that is an inline 6 turbo charged. Out here we have a race called the Bathurst 1000 (endurance race). From the day the Skyline was introduced it won every race it started in. That's when they changed the rules to make it only Aussie made V8 cars possible to enter the race
I guess if you cant beat them change the rules on them
The Skyline Silhouette was my second vehicle and the only car I ever made money on. Bought it for $14000 and sold it for $16500 three years later. Extremely reliable engines and were used by the highway cops as interceptors (in the turbo flavour). I guess I have graduated a bit from the days of running around in an 89 model Nissan Skyline
