Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

1 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I have a 99 C2. Stock front and rear bumper covers, sideskirts. I am interested in which OEM wings are available as a direct replacement of my stock rear deck lid. I have seen terms like Aero 1, 2, MK I, MK II, Taco, etc. Don't know which is which. (Although the Taco seems obvious even for me.) Will a stock Turbo rear deck with wing fit a narrow body. I'd appreciate pics and a decoder ring so I can assess my options. Would like to experiment with some used wings and keep my original deck lid for when I trade the car. Thanks in advance for sharing your pics and knowledge. Searched archives on "996 wing" and could not find what I needed. Jack
