Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

16 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

  • Rennlist: 1 discussions

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

Generation: 20261026T103553Z · outcome-qualification-6. Deterministic extraction; no AI model inference. How we use sources

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Will a 2001 turbo rear bumper cover fit on a 1999 C2 without any mod? I know the turbo is wider at the lower rear area but is it the same width at the top of the wheel wells?

POST 3Original post

aftermarket ones have been installed by other members here. but approach some vendors with caution. fitment may not be spot on .

POST 4 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I ma talking about a factory turbo bumper in place of a factory C2 bumper, will it fit?

POST 6Original post

It fits, but it takes some time to get it right.

POST 7Original post

Here is a picture of DonW his car with the turbo rear bumper fitted.

POST 8Original post

I thought it was wider and it needed to be cut and shortened to fit properly...

POST 10 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

That looks fantastic! Was there modifications to the bumper in order to make it fit?

POST 11Original post

We have sold and installed a couple of these in the past years. There are no modifications to the bumper needed, it only requires time to get it into place.

POST 12Original post

Gert, is that an OEM Euro variety bumper? just asking due to the missing bumperettes. What is required to make it fit? details....

POST 13Original post

This is indeed the RoW rear turbo bumper. It's the same as the US version but it doesn't have the cut outs for the bumperettes.

POST 14Original post

I saw a thread on here about the bumper being cut in 1/2 and a small strips being removed from each section for it to fit properly.
