Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

I had my serpentine belt off yesterday and checked all of my pulleys for freedom, play, and sound.

but now that you mention the Alternator, I have to say that I just replaced my battery two days ago because it kept draining, it was already 5 years old so i decided to simply switch to a new one without testing the alternator...

Suggestion
The way it winds down slower then the engine I would check the alternator bearings and the sprag clutch on the alternator.

Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Yesterday I changed my oil filter for my usual check and I forgot to add the .5 quart before restarting it. I heard the engine tick a bit too much so I poured oil while the engine was running, I thought it only needed a little bit oil.
I did not drive the car that day as it is on jack stand. I waited for the engine to cool down to check the oil level but I had to leave so did not restart that day
This morning, I check the dipstick and the oil is right in the middle, it is 90F down here in Miami. Engine was 'cold'.
The car is still on jack stand, and I proceed to start the engine to see how it sound and I get a new/weird winning noise now. Sounds like some kind of supercharger high pitch wining. Sounds like something is rubbing while spinning. I don't know what. Check the video, the sounds is exactly the way it sounds.

Can you guy let me know what you think ? I did have time to investigate, so I'll check tomorrow if something look out of place but that wining is definitely new.
The way it winds down slower then the engine I would check the alternator bearings and the sprag clutch on the alternator. ( If the car has a 6 speed. If auto no sprag)

You could remove the serp belt and start it - very briefly - to see if the sound is present. If it is, you know it's coming from the motor. If it isn't, you can diagnose which accessory is producing the sound.
of course today the noise is gone....

but now that you mention the Alternator, I have to say that I just replaced my battery two days ago because it kept draining, it was already 5 years old so i decided to simply switch to a new one without testing the alternator... the thing might be show, I may go to autozone tomorrow to have it tested.
ok I have a video of the alternator when I turn it by hand, I don't know what is the proper behavior.. is that normal for the pulley to spin when I stop it abruptly ?
see video below:

here is also a video of the engine running without the belt, no noise but I did not dare pushing it mush without the belt, too worried:

From the earlier posts when you revved higher, it sounds like what a couple of others have suggested - that one of the freewheeling accessories is making the noise.
If this was my car, my next step would be to use a cordless drill to spin up the A/C and alternator to speed to see if the whining happens when it slows. However, I recognize that I have several generations of hillbilly blood, so any solution that involves any combination of electricity, bailing wire, and flame appeals to me.
I had my serpentine belt off yesterday and checked all of my pulleys for freedom, play, and sound. No sounds what so ever came from any . I heard a couple of yours making noise. The first two that you tested. The Alternator and the one to the right of it. Either one, or both of those could be the culprit.
