Me too, but until then, I "casually" use a Cross pen equipped with a Porsche crest.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

12 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

  • Rennlist: 1 discussions

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I was up in San Jose this week for a boring "Embedded device" conference, and while eating my over priced turkey sandwich I struck a conversation with some guys that was sitting next to me. I don't remember how the conversation got changed to cars, but one guy mentioned that he owns a Porsche and I asked him if he knew about Rennlist and he told me that he is on there all the time on the 944 board. I told him that I am the Robin 993DX on the Rennlist and he said that he knew of me .. and as you can imagine the toned of the conversation changed completed after that. So I thought if I was wearing a Rennlist pin we would have recognized each other right away. What do you guys think?

POST 3Original post

Me too, but until then, I "casually" use a Cross pen equipped with a Porsche crest. It lets the world know what I obsess over. If they are into P-cars, they see it and the yak-fest begins.

POST 5Original post

I would like to see rennlist clothing, say a high quality baseball cap or golf shirt. Maybe even custom embroider you username some where. Very cool, but unpretentious way to show your membership in the "club".

POST 8Original post

A pin is a good idea, but how about a Rennlist patch for my driving suit??

POST 9Original post

I don't think there is a pin, although some shirts and a cap can be found here: http://www.rennlist.org/goods/index.htm

POST 10Original post

Pin, hell! After a year, I am still waiting for my Rennlist sticker!

POST 11Original post

Here's a possible fix -- Check this link - it's a UK-based firm that sells a lot of Porsche stuff, including a Porsche crest lapel pin (scroll down a bit to see it). http://www.design911.co.uk/index.htm?Region=US

POST 12Original post

Yeah, pin is cool, but until you know the secret handshake, it's nothing much.
