actually if you watch the video closely, you will see that it pulled off the bumper completly because the rust had eating the metal through, otherwise it would have just pulled the plastic cover off exposing the plastic foam filled bumper attached by the metal "rusty" posts to the subframe

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

10 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

  • Rennlist: 1 discussions

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I saw this on dtmpower and thought you guys should see it... this is definitely NOT how you should get your car out of the snow... http://patrick.fm/video/www.kicken.com-snowtowcar.wmv

POST 3Original post

george carlin reminds us that nearly half the world is below average and that the average human being isn't altogether that smart either. it's sobering to think we share the road with these bozos!

POST 4Original post

Proof that people are pissing in the gene pool.

POST 5Original post

Scariest part is that this is the next generation of leadership in this country........ Rhut Rho.................

POST 6Original post

I just hope that their insurance company sees this and refuses to pay if they make a claim. I would put this into the same category as destroying an engine because you forgot to put oil in it. Pure stupidity should not be covered by insurance. Just remember if they do pay on something like this, all the rest of us are helping pay for it.

POST 7Original post

That's all maybe a bit harsh. You can't tell what they were hooked onto but the fact that it tore off the whole back of the car means it must have been something that looked pretty substantial. If you want to see a real fiasco just watch how (supposedly highly trained) firemen go about their business of rescuing people from car wrecks or building collapses. Truth is, there's few people who are very good at moving heavy stuff around if it doesn't have a big lifting eye right on the top.

POST 8Original post

Goes to confirm what Jay Leno show's on his tv program, stupidity is rampant and getting worse. Generation's are walking around without a common sense clue, don't read a lick and are making more babies...that rely on them What's even worse, they're going to be running the world soon. I sure am glad I won't be around when they are attempting to overcome life's more difficult obstacles.

POST 9Original post

titan i am also in my 50's--with respect, i don't think our generation was any smarter maybe less marylanders have never been clever in snow their contant reaction is panic and rampant stupidity
