Read evidence and context

Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

4 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Hello all. Haven't had any problems with my car until now. Not a daily driver, but I've recently come across a slight problem. At around 28k miles, my car now seems to be slowly starting up at cold or warmed up. Just seems like there's not enough juice going through the car. Could it be the battery, spark plugs or something else? Just thought I'd get some info from you guys before I bring it in. Thanks in advance. Car stats are as follows: 02 C2 w/ Turbo front, Aerokit sides, RUF spoiler, Boxster S calipers, H&R springs, EVO Intake

POST 2Original post

Sounds like your battery...drive it more. Even if it's just sitting, there is some power draining from your battery.

POST 3 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Will check on it. Thanks Phil.

POST 4Original post

My battery never lasted more the 2 years and a few months. Driven daily but we do get cold winters. Do a search on the forum, I've concluded that the oem battery is **** compared to anything else out there for half the price.
